This 15" Gold Plated Ceremonial Firefighter Axe is made with a smooth natural wood finish handle. Present it as a Firefighter's retirement axe, a Firefighter of the Year Award, Fire Academy graduation gift, or your own special occasion.
The Axe Head can be engraved with names, ranks, department patches, or other messaging. Engrave the American Hickory Axe Handle with the name of the department, years of service, badge number, rank, or any other text. The axe handle text is hand painted in black, red, or leave unpainted (dark burn) to create a quality finished keepsake your honoree will cherish for years to come.
Both the axe head and handle can be engraved on the 2nd side of the axe for additional personalization.
