This genuine walnut firefighter plaque features a wooden fire Maltese with a 4 inch FD disc in the center. The Plate is included but Laser engraving on the metal plate is additional (Request a Quote to submit your engraving information). Full Color Printing on the 4" Disc and Laser Engraving with Color Fill are both wonderful design additions that will make this plaque more personal with your department logo. The plaque measures 14-1/2"W x 17-1/2"H and includes a keyhole slot on the back for wall mounting. This award comes packaged in a white folding gift box.
